To Commemorate the centenary of the end of the First World War this year’s temporary exhibition will focus on gallantry 1914-1918. The displays will tell the stories of the recipients of the Victoria Cross who served with The Royal Green Jackets’ former regiments. The exhibition will take place in The Kincaid Gallery during Museum opening hours from 21 July through to 2 September 2018.

The Gurkha Museum in Peninsula Barracks tells the remarkable story of Gurkha service to the British Crown for over 200 years, you will also learn about Nepal the land of the Gurkhas and absorb their beliefs, dress and customs, and what better way to immerse yourself in the culture than to try some traditional Nepalese dishes. |
