Visit Winchester's Military Museums this October half-term for spooky fun in the Victorian Barracks. With free on site parking for Museum visitors and an excellent joint ticket offer, a trip to Winchester's Military Museums is an excellent, inexpensive, full day, all weather adventure. Read on to find out about extra activities this October half-term. The Royal Hampshire Regiment Museum is running an interactive pumpkin trail around the Museum this half-term. Pop in to their free museum to join in the fun.
There are two chances to enjoy spooky goings on at The Gurkha Museum this half-term with a family-friendly children's Curry and Craft event on October 24th....and the return of The Gurkha Museum After Dark on October 27th. Over at the AGC Museum you can decorate your own paper pumpkin and follow the trail around the Museum. Come join The Royal Green Jackets (Rifles) Museum for our Halloween/ autumn themed activities this half term. There will be a Halloween themed trail, colouring in and a camouflage animal themed activity in the gallery. (23rd-27th Oct). As well as our usual interactive activities such as dressing up and being able to handle a musket and baker rifle! Children 16 and under have FREE admission to the museum.
